I have problem with my mobikwik KYC account.
Could not transfer any money to bank. It goes till the last step and finally says “You’ve exhausted your monthly limit” or “User not authorized to perform this transaction”. I added 19K to this account few weeks / months ago when they ran a promototion to add 19K and they will add 1K if I’m lucky;-}Anyone knowledgeable how to solve this one? I neither get lucky not i could move the money back to Bank.
