many users including me faced Account blockage
because of I am posting this in detail to recover your balance had in wallet!
If you have main account balance then you have to write them @ [email protected]
and then they send you details like to unblock your wallet:@[email protected]
send us details of add money transaction done on 10-04-2018 of Amount Rs: 890
and send following documents self attested
1-Identity proof
2-statement of transaction showing above amount
That’ll they unblock your wallet in 2-3 days if details matched or otherwise they ask for Debit card screenshot also !
Not: Topic created to benefit Mobikwik blocked Account users because they won’t send your main balance to bank if Account blocked to recover your money you must follow above step by step procedure
to recover your precious money !

I think you transferred some momey to bank account.
@syed786 pls help me also in unblocking mobikwik wallet , my around Rs 2000 is stuck and I have mailed them a dozen times but not giving my money

Mobikwik charging money for Adding money to another wallet through Mobikwik Virtual Card, also don’t get add more money to wallet using Mobikwik upi or any other supercash offers because they cheat next month with new policy !
If transferred money successfully added to transferred wallet through Virtual Card a charge of Rs. 75 Levied for Rs. 2000 Transaction !
If Transaction failed during Transaction but money stuck then it will be credited back to Mobikwik wallet in 48 hours if not then contact them immediately through twitter handle https://twitter.com/Mo...ik providing your email and transaction id, date, time to get back this money !

Mobikwik blocking accounts even if there is no Transactions, they need to review their blocking system.
