mobile exchange on Flipkart -doubts

hi,
will they accept the mobile phone with below details :
1. Power button is slightly bent, and cracked. for phone image https://m.imgur.com/i...z6
2. Having screen guard – but full of scratches on guard.
please do give your suggestions….

Second one is ok
1. After looking at the photo, I am 99% sure the delivery guy won’t accept your phone. They rejected phones (including mine) for having minor scratches, your is huge deal. Although, it totally depends on the delivery guy. Try Amazon. They are pretty generous with exchanges.
2. Although it’s ok but he may check your phone after removing your screenguard. So better do it yourself if you are planning for exchange.

So, Best thing is : sell in cashify here we can say along with faults and return.
Amazon too uses this team for their exchanged products – read somewhere.
Flipkart too strict
Try selling at local market. You may receive better price than cashify.
IMO Amazon may also reject this phone because of the clear visible damage. In cases of scratches and minor dents, Amazon is fine.
Or you can get it repaired and then try exchange.
1. Get it repaired. From the pics, not even Amazon guy will take it, let alone Flipkart. And further, even if u use it as secondary device, u will need to get it repaired. SO get it repaired and then give exchange a try.
2. remove the screenguard before the guy comes for exchange.
My every thing ok bt rejected by seller bata raha hai...
Because of power button bent, it looks like screen came out.
