Moto E phone sim's not working and Wifi also not working - Need Help

Hi Friends,

I have Moto E 1st generation mobile(Kit Kat version), 15 months old and all of sudden its not working.
I tried to restart and then dual sims were not working and also WiFi is also not working.
I tried to check the IMEI number but its displaying as Null.

Can anyone please guide me how to resolve this issue.

I am planning to exchange the mobile in Flipkart, but dimers informed that IMEI check will be there and in this case its not working.

Any suggestions how to make this phone working?
