Dimers,
We all tried and ordered Moto G Turbo and even the orders got cancelled.
Now there are two types of group of people
1) Some favouring the outcome
2) Some saying that order should be delivered since we got email regarding the same
Now here’s my ultimate question ??
Who all did really file a complaint at core.nic.in ???
Please tell us here…

They will take at least 2-3 month…at last u will get nothing in reply..

Then no answer
Court will ask
Have you got this Coupon from any amazon promotion mail
Then no answer
So better to take any compensation egv if they are giving
I will definitely not file a complaint….
And will urge not to if anyone asks me .
Why…?
Simply because..if any one e commerce website I trust it is Amazon… I want to trust them in future..
If for this small thing.. We extravagantly react.. Then Amazon will ponder their thought about us.. And may change their policy which has been excellent for us till now.. And I don’t want it to be changed .. Amazon till now has been excellent..
When any experienced online buyer was placing order .. He was 99% sure that it was going to be cancelled.. For that 1% we placed an order… So nothing to overreact
amazon spending a lot of money on advertisement of ‘on time delivery, apni dukan etc’ and they are proving it with on time delivery directly to ur inbox not physical one

Many people told that their order got dispatched so we can prove with that order numbers that it wasn’t technical error and Amazon failed to fulfil the order.
Guyz, we should let it go because if we push more, amazon will implement stricter protocols and there’ll be no more loots. I think almost all of us are in some W/app group or the other so it’ll be a lose-lose situation for us all. I hope people who are not in w/app groups can understand and let it go. Lets not make a big deal about it

Actually they dont want to give single
but it depends on the way you talk to himmy friend got 300 egv
and some got 50 egv

This is not a truth, if you show them valid proofs and cancellation without notification and others, It might be possible that you get nothing,but Amazon will be charged fine. They are not sending cancellation mail, I did chat with cc and they said that we are sorry but we cancelled your order. But, what about the mail. They know that if they send mail, we will get another valid proof and since 50k + orders are cancelled, so, if 1000 guys file a case against them, 50% of them will win. You don’t know buddy, our consumer forum is very effective, the only thing in India which works well is this and less corrupted, sometimes time consuming.

amazon pese deke sab settle kar legi , ek baat to btao agar 10000 pieces ne bhi complain kiya to 10000*12000=12,00,00,000 rs bnte h .
isse accha wo 10-20 lakh rs deke mamle ko settle krwa lenge , apne lawyer se ,
bhai tum nahi samjhte ho ye India hai , yaha corruption roots tak fela hua h ,
common man is just aam admi

here is a quick thought
suppose there was a individual seller say “A” on amazon, A received an order, If for any reason A couldn’t fulfil any order received to him, amazon would have penalize him with 30% charge of invoice. Fair enough, but what if customer placed moto g turbo and amazon couldn’t fulfill, no compensation to customer? Seller karey toh penalty amazon karey toh “technical Glitch”, Sorry we just blast a building it was technical glitch apologies for that (50 rs compensation was stared afternoon onwards before that they where at 0 )

I was told by cc that.. I am not the only one whose order got canceled.. There are 4000 others..
I think only here on dd.. We could get 4000 orders if not more than that
