Last minute change in movie plan? Now cancel your ticket and get a refund for select cinemas BookMyShow

HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER
Go to BookMyShow website or app and selects a movie.
User will get a list of cinemas and shows available for the movie on a particular date
On selective cinemas, e.g- First Cinemas Jaipur where we have a cancellation option, we show that this cinema allows ticket cancellation.
Select show time and go to the seat layout.
After selecting seat and food combos, come to payment page, you will be notified about the cancellation policy. Complete the transaction after reading the policy
After booking, till a cut-off time which is communicated in the cancellation policy, you can cancel the ticket from purchase history.
On purchase history, against the ticket transaction, a ‘Cancel’ button is available.
When a user clicks on the button, he will be taken to summary page with cancellation charges and refund amount.
On the summary page, the user can select refund to wallet(if wallet is enabled) or refund to source.
If refund to source is selected, the refund amount breakup will show.
The user can only cancel the whole transaction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Movie cancellation option valid in select cinemas only
You can’t cancel a ticket if you have applied any offer code, payback or any other loyalty points.
On cancellation of ticket, the Internet handling charges, BookASmile amount and payment gateway charges(if applicable) will not be refunded.
The cancellation can only be done up to 1 hour before the show time.
On cancellation of ticket, 30% of base ticket price will be deducted as cancellation fee and remaining will be refunded to you
If you opt for myWallet for refund source, refund will be process within 4 hrs. You can use this amount to book another ticket on Bookmyshow immediately.
If you opt for refund on other payment source – Credit card/Debit card or Net banking, it may take upto 7-10 days to be credited on your account.
Bookmyshow reserves the right to discontinue this feature at any time.
Split ticket users will not be eligible for cancellation.
