Multiple Paytm Payments Bank account With Single Voter ID & Single Pan Card

I already Have a Paytm Payments Bank account which i got with my own Voter ID & PAN CARD

Now if i open Paytm Payments Bank with help of another Fresh Mobile number , But using the Same Previous Voter ID & PAN CARD will it create any problem ?
