no idea about how gift card use works, but i do not think for logging in or even for changing linked email address any OTP is generated.

anyone aware of or having access to your credentials ?

do draft an e-mail, because mere phone conversation can not be followed up on with concrete record from your side.
Let you be clear in the said communication (mark a copy to their grievance cell, top management) that this is a case of cyber fraud
with the resultant theft causing you immense trauma.

and ask for bulleted or otherwise very specific actionable points, which you are expecting from them.
in hindi: unko spasht roop sei (clearly) bata dou ki kya / kya-kya chahte ho.
List out the redressal you seek.

May be like:
1] get the financial forensic investigation done and the credits reversed (with no further intervention from your end).
2] cooperate with you by passing on relevant details to you, for the formal complaint to the law enforcement agencies.

try to create pressure and extract seriousness out of them:
tell them that you need the name and designation of the person or persons with FOSL who are to be named in the legal intimation and the cyber crime complaint as counter parties.

Asking such information in a polite but stern tone can always make the person at the other end sit up straight.

it seems highly improbable that your credits been ‘transferred’ to another FOSL account.
so please try to rephrase as to the exact events, if you are aware.

Why do you have to mail them? Speak to them and get that card blocked immediately. Don’t wait till the person redeems the card and uses one day delivery.

Did you check the full ID of the original email. Could be a new form of phishing to get flipkart login details.

My flipkart account got hacked on 13th Jan 2019 and hacker had placed 1600 worth of gift voucher from my flipkart account and made the payment with my phonepe wallet which is linked to my flipkart account. Called customer care to raise a complaint. But on my surprise customer service representative did not aware how to block the e-vouchers or account and she was not trained on how to react or respond to compromised account complaints. Somehow she filed a complaint against to it. I am afraid that will I get my money back or not. Hacker had used the below mail id to receive the gift voucher which was purched from my flipkart account.
