Have you tried Railwire?
Turn to 3g from the mobile settings
Take broadband connection
Switch to other n/w
In my city, all networks have poor speeds and Jio is worst of them all. Airtel is decent in day time but very poor in the evening.

Try following steps it may work… Switch off Volte service, select network mode manual and restart the phone
Please follow the below:
1. The network is on dual mode.
2. "Switch off " your handset, remove the SIM card.
3. “Switch on” the phone without the SIM card.
4. “Switch off” your handset, insert the SIM card (insert in slot one incase of a dual SIM handset) and restart the phone.
5. Also try using the SIM in another handset, if you continue to face the problem, then it could be a SIM issue. Request you to visit the nearest airtel relationship center for a SIM replacement.

Airtel is worst in Pune. Even call quality also not good.
In vodaphone I m getting approx 30+ download speed most of time average speed is over than 25 mbps
