My old Nokia phone going switched off again and again. Any solutions?

I have an old Nokia feature phone- Nokia 110 to be precise. Its around 4-5 years old and lately it is going switched off again and again.
Will there be an issue with the battery or something else? Battery is BL-5C.
Any suggestions?

But I used to throw my Nokia at ground and Magically it start working fine again

Over the age battery used to get bulged. In that case you may change the battery and check
