Hi,
Actually I had placed my first order on myntra. The product I received was of different color and size. So, I placed an exchange request. My exchange was confirmed yesterday. But today they sent me a email saying that since they do not have the product in Stock they will not be able to exchange. That’s it nothing mentioned about refund. So, I talked to the cc executive and she was like we cannot exchange or refund. I am now stuck with this inferior and unwanted product. what should I do? Anyone have any suggestions?

How u contacted the higher authorities?
My refund in Myntra Credits has been stuck and its over 10 days now.
Contacted myntra several times but always they say we have raised a complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hrs.
Till now I haven’t got the refund.
