Once a great customer service from Groupon but now they have become arrogant and stupid…is this because of us looting them or the change from inside… experiencing bad response from them its worst…. some times restaurants also see cheap when we use nearbuy. ..
They should keep the original amount of the deal in the printout which is there in groupon so that hotel people don’t know for how much we purchased the deal. They are giving discounted amount on the vocher that makes restaurant owner think we get cheaply like that…

It mainly happened with small merchants ,who had kept their price low,but with good or premium merchants,U would never find difference in their service.

These small merchants ,I think ,were overwhelmed by the influx of customers ,and started to think that ," ab toh bas hum hi sher ho gye

now when referral is over they would start to know their original value………

Seriously I also had to receive once such inferior treatment from restaurant,they were so arrogant and thinking themselves as king that ,they had pasted a poster stating "nearbuy customers allowed during 12 pm to 7 pm only " ,I can still feel that rage during that experience

mine not renewed …lost around 1800 credits…

This discounted price display issue happens with most online bookings including goibibo , Oyo, Mmt. This issue was discussed in detail on DD previously and I had suggested Dimers active with Twitter accounts to let these online websites know what blunder does it cause to customers experience when they mention these discounted payments in booking vouchers and confirmation mails to hotels.
