Can any one suggest best bank which can offer loan of 1 cr, at lowest interest rate………
Is it necessary to also buy insurance along with loan?? My friend was talkiing something about insurance too….
I would prefer, zero foreclose charges..

Go for public sector banks.
Insurance may be compulsory.
Andhravank has no foreclosure charges for individuals.
No branch gives you such a loan unless you maintain your account with them since long time and your residential places within the limits of branch
