I have heard that to go with non inverter type Ac rather than inverter type ones
Any specific reason…?
if it is for domestic usage..go for Daikin 1.5T 5 Star inverter Model.. Super silent and fast cooling.
I also bought 3 star inverter from Daikin in 35k from Vijay sales in feb, 35k for 2019 model. Very good AC. Very silent for indoors. Really good AC.
This AC also seems pretty good as suggested by @Simbha3 https://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/...
This article got me into more confusion. Till yesterday I was thinking to get inverter ac but not sure..
How about Panasonic AC? Any reviews? Anyone?
Panasonic ac are good using one no problem from 5years
Using sharp ac inverter model since 2015.no issues til now.
In summer when I use for 24hrs my max bill was 1500. That too top floor of apptmnt.
Now planning to take another one.
1.5 ton 5star.
How abt voltas? Pls give suggestions
Lg 1.5 ton 5 star. Brought for 35k. Few days ago.

Please suggest me good 1.5 ton ac.
I have heard that the Japanese brands are much better than the others. There is no logic to that theory.
But going by that theory brands like Panasonic, Toshiba, General, Daikin should be the ones to look out for.
Suggest me 1.5 ton 5 star inverter ac. Budget 45k
Go for panasonic, Japanese technology, inverter one, model no is like TSKY… Personally using since last 5 years, no issues at all.
Can someone with a kill-a-metre tell me how much do these new inverter acs consume? I have seen mixed reports from them consuming 1 unit per 2 hours to consuming 1 unit every hour!
I still use a 1.2 ton Hitachi windows which consumes like 1190W per hour, from 2011, i just want to know whether there is a significant reduction in terms of energy consumption for real. So many mixed reports confuse me, even the energy ratings are confusing AF.
Wow u using still ac of 2011 .great .
By the way if someone wants to go with Indian brand then Bluestar is a really great option. No compromise in quality and price is also very reasonable. I have a window AC and 1 split AC from Bluestar, cooling is superb may not be as good as mitsubishi heavy or O-general but definitely at par with compared to Daikin, LG etc.
Flipkart has. Some good deals. I would prefer lg dual inverter models , of the year 2020. They are silent and more durable, costwise they would cost 45k all inclusive.
Am also planning to buy ac with same configuration and have almost finalised lg.
