If you want restricted access – Google drive.
Install google drive in your laoptop/PC. Create a folder to share. Go to googledrive on the browser and share this folder with all the persons you want to share with. Now just save your word files to this folder as you normally work. It would automatically get shared. If the other persons have also installed googledrive in their PC, the files will appear in their shared folder. If the other persons are given write access while sharing, they would be able to edit these files also.

If you want URL based access – Box.net
Create a folder in box. Create a sharing URL for this folder and share this URL. Upload tyour files to this folder. Anyone with the URL can see/download the files.
