Need Big Help With PayUmoney

So I’ve loaded Rs. 1000 into Payumoney wallet using udio virtual dc on 24th june using my virtual DC. Then on 27th Loaded the CB amount received into two UDIO account into the same payumoney wallet. But 30th June received a message from PayUmoney that they’ve reverted back Rs.1000 into the original source ie Udio wallet. So Rs. 1000 deducted from payumoney wallet but the same has not been reflected on Udio wallet from which I’ve loaded Rs. 1000. So I’ve fired an e-mail demanding explanation.

Here I’ve made a small mistake. I’ve sent e-mail from another e-mail account quoting the payment id of my official payumoney wallet. But this e-mail account from which I’ve sent the e-mail to payumoney by mistake is not anyw way associated with payumoney wallet.

Now got a call from payumoney stating that they have received complain about my account !!?? hence they reverted back the amount and blocked my account which still has some Rs. 300+ left into it. To unblock it I need to provide government id proof [ this I can do ] and bank statement from which I’ve loaded the amount. Now will they accept the Udio wallet screenshot ??

Also yesterday my account was not in blocked condition it’s only after I’ve demanded an explanation about debiting Rs. 1000 from my account without any prior intimation they blocked it. Guys please help me out.
