I’m planning to purchase a new macbook pro from eBay. The best price that I got is from this seller technoinc2013 http://www.ebay.in/itm/Apple-133-MacBook-Pro-MD… and the deal is live till Monday. But I’ve read the feedback on his page that he provided a refurbished macbook to the buyer. I tried to message the seller to get some information about the product but didn’t get any reply yet. If anyone here ever dealt with this seller, please let me know about the seller or if there is any contact details of him.I would really appreciate that.

My honest suggestion avoid phone contacts if possible – ebay doesnt treat that as valid/official..

Wherever, possible use the ebay Message option to contact and get information. This would help you get a refund easily incase if you get a refurbished product/anything other than what is listed on the listing.

Yes, you should contact the seller through ebay only.

If you need more details about the seller you better contact the member who gave that feedback by clicking on his id and then using the contact member link. He may give you better details as what happened and most probably he can provide the address of that seller too.
