My friend made her amazon account with my referral link. She made her first purchase as Coolpad note 3 lite handset. Unfortunately she received a defective handset. She contacted Amazon and they replaced her phone after watching defect in that.
But now, Amazon is neglecting our refer benefit by saying that She had replaced her first order so you both will not get any refer benefits.
When she asked what was her mistake if she received a defective handset, then amazon cc just disconnected the chat session by saying that We can’t help you anymore in this matter.
Please give me any suggestion what should we do against Amazon?
