We closed this account because our records show that we closed another account of yours for not meeting the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders with our site.
If you had open orders on this account, those orders were cancelled and refunded when we closed the account.

I was having orders in process as well as gift card balance and also the gift card of Rs.900/- of savings day yet to come.

Looks like it’s worth a try to get your account temporarily activated.
Do you have multiple accounts? When was the last time you operated them?
Request them they will temporally activate to use gift balance

Having 3-4 accounts with similar address is never a problem with amazon and such bans would be as a result of misusing their offers through multiple accounts repeatedly.

If you have not done anything then reply to the mail and ask them to review it. Sometimes due to shared address/shared IP there might be a chance of a decision gone wrong. Ask them the reason for ban and give them the list of accounts you have. Hope none of your accounts have been used for policy abuse.
