Need help for Amazon.in returns/replacement

I had bought moto g4 plus from Amazon. The phone’s headphone jack is not working properly. So I had been try to replace the phone through my order section but it is not coming. It is showing manufacturer website details and then they say to call. After calling amazon they say that they are transferring the call to moto executives but those guys aren’t responding. So the amazon executive told he will call back on the next day. But next day the didn’t arrive, so I called them again and then again I went through the same thing and he told he will call me for sure. But the problem is my replacement date is 22nd September. What should I do now? I thought the replacement part is the easiest. It is a nightmare.

are you not able to place a replacement request online in orders section . if not, call them once again and ask them to replace it and tell them phone itself is not working at all.. else they will drag the issue for a couple of days and finally say that replacement time period is over and we can’t do anything .
