1. For sending emails, you should try email service like mailchimp etc.
2. Wordpress and Blogger (which is free) will be ok.
3. For payment gateway u can try payumoney or instamojo.
4. For business email accounts, u can try zoho mail, they provides 10 free email accounts.
agree with whatever @narayanvyas said.
Wordpress is a decent option to start off with for a website that supports posting articles.
Mailchimp has an option to add widget so that people can subscribe to your website. Then shootout emails to the group at once.
For payment gateway there are multiple options so you have to evaluate what is the transaction size and target audience before committing to a service. Search online for various comparative statements on pricing structures.
@niraaav don’t go for godaddy for hosting (costly). Go for hostgator.com (not HostGator.in), best hosting. If u need cheapest and good hosting, go for katyaweb or Namecheap (personally used). And for domain name buy from bigrock.

any particular reason for not using hostgator.in
@kamaltetri wrote:very bad support, less features. some of my friends used and HostGator.com is far better then HostGator.in@narayanvyas wrote:
