Need help from finding booking source for IRCTC ticket

I booked a train ticket. I need to cancel it now. It is not showing in my IRCTC history. I am not sure from where I booked it. I asked customer care booking source, but he is not giving exact booking source. How I can find it?

not showing. that is the issue. I checked all my IRCTC accounts.
Travel date is 4th July, 2019
Check your PayTm, PhonePe, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, GoIbibo accounts.
It should be booked from one of these only.

Check your email inbox for booking confirmation email.
Check your alternate IRCTC account if any. It’s not possible that ticket doesn’t show up in IRCTC history. It even mentions from where you booked ticket like IRCTC Connect, Website, Paytm etc.
Maybe you booked through Railyatri.
You were right. Ticket were booked via Railyatri. Actually I didn’t get an email. But I could cancel from railyatri using PNR and number.

Filter all email accounts.
If you have the PNR number then pm me.
No matter from where you book your train tickets, it will always show in your IRCTC booking history.
Just login with the same IRCTC account which u used while booking the ticket.
