1. Download Miassistant on PC
2. Download ADB Driver for your Pc
3. Download (Recovery Rom) not Fastboot Rom
5. press volume up + Power for (Miassistant mode)
6. Flash from Miassistant

Flash twrp, boot in recovery, go to file manager, copy files to mmc
That would presume the bootloader is unlocked but since he doesn’t seem to be aware of what’s apparently fastboot mode that is unlikely to be the case.
try xda forums ..threads to fix every phone is there . I fixed all problems with my phones after joining xda ..even fixed phone with broken screen no touch sensitivity

Do not do anything. Just allow mobile to discharge fully and let it be switched off automatically in 15 to 30 hrs.
Then charge again and switch on.
It should work as usual
