Need help on Net banking charge back
Purchased from a fraud site through icici netbanking. no repsonse from Portal.
Let me know possibilities to claim chargeback.

icici can’t do much. file case against site and contact it’s payment gateway.

Charge-back for a Net-banking transaction??!! BEST OF LUCK!!!!
If you would have been a customer of my bank, I would have declined the charge back request straightaway. Better contact payment gateway or file a cunsumer court case.
