need help in raising complaint against Amazon in consumer forum

Amazon was running HDFC cashback offer from 4th-6th April 2016, during which I made a purchase.
However I didn’t get any cashback till date for that.
On contacting amazon I have been given extended dates (taarik pe taarik 
) but no action has been taken.
I have raised a separate complaint with HDFC which they have closed citing reason that amazon has given cashback for eligible customers, on contrary to this amazon says that I’m eligible as per the offer but cashback however was not processed.
I have been following up with amazon since last 3 weeks and now have lost patience that this matter will ever be closed.
Therefore I request any dimer can help me out in filing a notice to amazon regarding this and drag them to court.

haha mostly happen with axis bank offer where cashback is after 6 months 
Bank cashbacks are processed very very late. For me also HDFC cashback is credited after almost 4 months later (Diwali purchase I think).
I get a feeling that screw up is from bank’s end. I have always received Citi cashback offers from Amazon within the time frame mentioned in T&C.
All this is from the banks end only..!!
Actually the eligible customers benefits are informed to banks within 7-15 days of time frame and then the banks delays it as per their comfort, Around 2.5 yrs back I have purchased a Samsung Note 3 in SBI Cashback scheme, the cashback was credited after almost 5-6 months, and the time frame of it was max. 90 days..When interacted with Samsung senior most Executive he forwarded all the details of the cashback procedure and the dates also on which my eligibility and amount of cashback to be processed were shared with bank, and to my surprise it was shared with bank within 5 days of my purchase…
Later I interacted with my uncle who is also a SBI Main Branch Manager in Jaipur (now in Kolkata) informed me that to get the confirmation from above and with the concerned department it almost takes Months, and as soon as we get the approval within 3 days we credit it to customer’s account from which payment was made.
So this is the whole procedure…
somebody help me also… i bought an honor4x on june2 and cancelled it immediately. they accepted the cancellation
they said they will refund. but whenever i mailed them and asked, they send the exact same mail for the last two monthssaying they have forwarded to the concerned team on priority basis, with only customer care executive name changed. I had made several calls to their cc also. and Recently talked with Mr.Kishan who repeated samething to tell me to wait and wait. i asked him for a timeframe, he is not giving at all. it is already two months and they have no plan of giving back my money
please help , where should i complain.
