need help..mob no. missing in edenred site (ticket com)

purchased from shopclues.. got activated within 5 days..
now registered on edenred website.. showing active balance of 2k (full amt)
but my mobile number, email id both not updated.. (though i entered during registratn)
not allowing to do online card payment.. what to do?

It takes around 48 working hours after you register on edenred site.
And considering its a holiday time, so you need to keep patience for few more days.
can sum1 help ..my problm is my card got activated by giftcard ….. but cannot use its showing error..now what to do? i have to register sumwhere? else ?edenred
I JUST now registerd on edenred.com card balnce is showing ..and card stating active..but still not able to transaction on paytm??? shud i wait for few days or shud i try another website

Wait for a couple of days. Try tomorrow evening or a day after
