Need Help: MY Ebay paisapay seller account suspended -- 31000 held by paisay pay

Bro the same thing happened to me..!!
They Suspended my Paisapay as well as Ebay account & the reason they gave to me is Ebay Policy Violation but they didnt told me which policy violated.
After 10+ Calls & emails they told me that the whole amount will be refunded to buyer after 1 month & no remittance will be made to you.
After 1 month no response from Ebay & amount not refunded to buyer so that I can do offline. After 3 months and 50+ calls/emails they refunded the amount to buyer. So make calls again and again and talk to there floor representative , then only u will get the solution.

Amount stuck : Rs 17300 at that time.

There is almost no way to get ur acc working, do not use this acc and any detail of it in any of account otherwise that will get suspended too. BTW, the money can be refunded to buyer after one month or later, you just have to keep in touch with them regularly.Send a mail from ur registered account to
[email protected], or
[email protected] or both and ask them to refund to buyer ASAP. Only rescue available. You must have done something against their policy.

Sir i got reply from ebay saying that they have forwarded it to ebay india. Could you please let me know you also got same message after you mailed to [email protected] or diff

Are you sure account is suspended or there is some issue like kyc or they require pod or something? Contact EBay via call and get back with the reason lo we can guide you better.

Yes sir i am sure my account got suspended. KYC is fine. That to my account not crossed 50k

Send mail to inappeals to know the reason and then we’ll see what can be done.

This don’t look like a serious problem. Don’t worry you will get your money but you need to nag them continuously.
They will never disclose the reason for account suspension and keep you in suspense.
And I am sure the reason which you will get will be very lame. That’s ebay my friend.

Mail to inappeals also make sure you have a verified Paypal account if not then verify your Paypal account too.
You will definitely have to go through the whole KYC again.
Between you still did not mention what were you selling.

You will have to arrange POM that is proof of merchandise listed.
They will ask for your whole lot details including bank statement of last 2 months.
