I have paid electricity bill worth Rs10690 on 2nd july. Status of the order is pending at operators end and 8 days have gone
I have mailed niki several times they said we have droped mail to bill desk they havent replied us yet we are waiting for their reply and i am tensed now as amount is big and no resolution is provided to me yet
Dimers please help me if anyone knows how to get refund

Wait for 3 work8ng days. Bill desk officially takes max 3 days for order confirmation.
Brother more tha 5 working day and total of 9 days have gone still no resolution
Get BBPS transaction id from NIKI and follow up directly with Billdesk
Complain here on public grievance forum. pgportal.gov.in
Tweet them with screenshots they will sure resolve your thing. Or try to give consumer complaint online 🤔
