Dear friends I did a recharge of my Jio number of 698 on 20th Dec 2019. Amount has been deducted but recharge not done. After some time I received a call from niki to initiate refund where either in niki wallet or in account. But after 23 days I still don’t get my refund.
I am trying to catch niki customer support but they were not replying either in app or via mail.
No customer care number available
Very very very bad experience I am facing.

I suggest you to all please don’t install or use niki app for any kind of transaction.
