need help on bluestack tweaker

i am getting error on selecting different device on tweaker saying ‘NO CONNECT’…i have tried everything….if someone have a solution please tell me…

yeah I ran it as an administrator
the bluestack was running while selecting device on tweaker
Which version of BS and Tweaker are you using? Can’t think of anything else.
Could you post the steps of what you did?
Example,1. selected Run as admin and ran Tweaker, 2. Started BS from tweaker, 3. Selected device in Tweaker.
Post the steps that you followed.

I followed the mentioned steps still I’m getting the same error:
1 I ran Bluestacks Tweaker 3.0 as admin
2 Started Bluestacks from Tweaker
3 Tried changing device Model but I’m unable to change it says please wait and then “No Connect” (A window pops up)
please help!!

Did you run Tweaker as admin? Tried to select device while BS was running?
