Need help on Jio sim for making calls on Iphone 6s

I am trying to use jio sim on my iphone 6s. But only data is working and when I try to make a call it says call failed. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

I did not find any app named jio4gvoice in app store. Can you please help from where i can get this app??

When you first insert the Jio SIM in your iPhone, you will likely receive a provisioning update with the carrier settings. Make sure to install it.
Did You Install provisioning update with the carrier settings ?
