Need help regarding PayApt Refund

Anyone help out I tried to load Rs 44 , 2 times i,e., 44*2=88 in PayApt 5 days before , The money was Deducted from bank account but the after the payment it was shown as the transaction failed in PayApt app and money was not reflected to my PayApt app , But the amount was deducted from bank and the transaction was successful from bank end, Regarding this I contacted PayApt customer care , They given reply as below :
Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to IDBI Bank PayApt Team.

As per your query the transaction initiated on 14-01-2017 for Rs.44/- and Rs.44/- is failed from the banks end, we kindly request you to check with the bank s the amount is not reached to us.

But the transaction was successful from bank end , and once again I contacted by sending them the Bank transaction history , Even though they were not understanding from my end . Is there any way to recover this amount ?? I know this is a very small amount , But I want to know whether is there anyway to recover the amount from them ??
