Need help regarding flight to goa

So my family is planning a trip to goa and I dont know much about airline deals and stuff and it seems a bit different than normal deals( I dont know why 
)
Can anyone please recommend how to get maximum benifit on a flight to goa dated 19th december for 3 people.
Makemytrip offers cashback and I dont think it will be of any use unless it can be fully utilised on hotel bookings.
