I am using Moto X Play 32gb and I am planning to sell for 15k , which I probably will. I will get 2k disc using crown it on OP3 , and I have some old 6k Amazon balance already. So , I will have to spend 5k to upgrade my Moto to OP3 .
The thing Is 28k price point consists of galaxy s6 also.. only 1-2k more. Is it worth it ? Or should I keep my Moto X play , which I’m very very satisfied with . Great phone all over , but I’ve always wanted a oneplus device .

Used s6 edge and I would say the major drawback with the phone was pathetic battery life and terrible heating issues. Camera was more of a hit or miss.
For my usage Redmi note 3 used to last a complete work day, would plug it for charging at around 09:00 PM in the night by when the phone would almost be completely drained out of charge and for similar usage I used to charge my s6 edge twice or even thrice a day at times.
The OnePlus 3 is a great phone definitely at that price point, at least that’s what the reviews say. But do evaluate if you really need that bump over Moto x play for your usage.
All the gift cards and stuff you are talking about isn’t free money either, you can spend the same on something else that you need.
If you are crazy about testing new phones and can’t resist the temptation then get the OP3 else evaluate your needs
