Need help urgent- Tez app upi error

I have transacted in Tez app, but due to some error it got failed, and the status is Payment attempt failed
But the money left my account.
Their is no option to contact Tez, as to raise a dispute it is not possible in this case. It is not showing me this option.
Please somebody help.
Transaction date – 13th April FYI
