Hi recently i purchased amazon fulfilled a philips product from amazon.in, after getting it ( which has 2 year old mfd ) i tried to register on philips website & not getting any warrenty info there. This product comes with 3 year warrenty & philips website shows warrenty experiation date for all my products registered there except this one. So maybe its fake or as its old lot. I contacted amazon CC they asking for images of mfd & other details, so if anyone have any amazon higher authorities email which are helpful kindly forward so i can add them CC. And the problem might get solved early.
Also does anyone have similar experience?

been there done that just wanted to add cc. bcc higher authorities so to get solution quickly.
