Need help with kotak 811 virtual Debit card

I yesterday opened kotak 811 account and as usual I got the visa virtual Debit card.
Then i enabled it for international transaction as usual.
After that I tried to transact on AliExpress with the same and the OTP came and i also entered it on payment gateway but unfortunately it’s showing this error every time (I have tried for atleast 12-15 Times) but same error..
Guys i opened account for just transacting on AliExpress which is not happening… Please help me with this

I’m full kyc user. Don’t know it’s work on non kyc account.
