being customer centric is least preferred on their priority list
and that is the reason post services are badly hit by private couriers
contact anyone but their approach & attitude is like that only
even if you go to any level eventual result is further harassment
these guys happily come on diwali & other festivals for bakshis

They are always like that as if they are doing big favor on us, what else we can expect from India Govt. Employees. Its just shame. Don’t leave this person, if possible record the conversations or video and upload & tweet it to twitter India Post profile.

After ordering i was tracking the item whereabouts every day. I got to know that the item when reached to India was given to India Post to deliver to me.

I’ve written my office building name and forgot to mention company name as there are so many companies in the building. This Indian post guy didn’t even call me regarding the package and instead he sent back to the parcel at the same time. By the time i’ve done the tracking i got to know it left the hub.

I’ve made so many calls and mails and everything gone to vain. Deliver guy is such a rude guy as i feel like i should slap him without thinking for a second that he’s elder to me

I don’t have any recording or proof but when I told him that his job to deliver parcel he want bribe or bakshish of 100 Rs. My friend suggested why not beat him ??

You made a mistake in your address – how is that the postman’s mistake? He is not supposed to call you to find your correct address!

India post has 2 types of delivery. One of these are the speed post guys who are given mobile allowances to call customers if required. And then comes our age old post man who comes in cycle. Most of the normal speed International couriers are passed on to India post would be delivered through these guys. They would only deliver if there is correct address and won’t bother to call as they are not provided any phone allowances. Why will they pay from their pocket calling each and every person just because the person didn’t mention the address properly? Once they find out that the address is incorrect, at the EOD they have to enter it into the system else they would be questioned. Once the address is incorrect it will be automatically processed to be sent back. How is it now his mistake? Maybe the system has its own short comings but the postman is nowhere at fault. Just because you wanted to save some money choosing the slowest shipping speed doesn’t mean you try and bash the post man.

And yes private courier people will definitely call you if they have any problem with the address. So this should also be counted ryt.

I never said that postman has done the mistake instead I’ve mentioned that delivery guy has behaved with me very rudely after I lost my parcel. That’s not expected bro. That’s what I’ve intended to tell.

Bro he behaved with me rudely after I spoke with him regarding my parcel. I’ve bashed him mainly for that rude behavior. Didn’t expect that they’ll send back the courier without informing the customer.

I ordered low value product from aliexpress
got tracking details from seller. Was able to track parcel till singapore (before 45 days)

i guess it must have reached to IPO. however, i have not yet received.
Aliexpress seller was so good, he is in touch with me on messenger. And he is also ready to refund even when deadline to complaint have gone.
