128gb is overkill. 32gb is usually more than sufficient to install hell lot of apps. For data you can always buy a memory card of 64/128gb at much less price than the difference between a 32gb and 128gb device. The benefit is you can always move card to any new phone. You won’t also lose much money when it comes to resale in future.

32 gb will vanish in no time. So 64gb is sufficient. Above that, buy memory card. @gurkanwar

Depends on your usage bro. If you go for 32gb and you install and use lot of apps, then I’m pretty sure after a few months you’ll regret buying 32gb. I’d strongly suggest to go for 64gb if your budget allows.

Bro…I just need a refresh……I am using my redmi note 4 for just otp’s only…..so memory is not a concern…….i want to upgrade within a year again……..I am completely satisfied with Redmi note 5 pro….my other phone……..par ek change maangta hai complete display ka……I hope u can understand what i am saying…………also i think flipkart doesnt consider memory while taking a buyback……so I would get a good value…isnt it?

Regular apps don’t take much memory. If the user plays heavy games, then 32gb may be less. I’m using 16gb with 30 odd apps (other than factory) installed, I still have 5gb left. No games in my phone.

Before cancelling, just go through the buying process again and check on final payment page if instant discount is displayed. If it does, then no issue. If it doesn’t then I’m not really sure bro what happens in cancellation circumstances.

I don’t think you will run out of space on 32gb phone in an year. Paying 1000 extra for 64gb doesn’t make sense to me. 64gb memory card is available at Amazon between 500-600

32 GB models usually come with 3 GB of RAM, which can never be upgraded. And usually tend to prove insufficient in these days of heavy OS/apps/customisations.

So it is always better to go for 4+64GB models. Its a no brainer if it costs only 1000 more.

That is for normal usage. Obviously, if its going to be a secondary phone with basic usage and planning to exchange it quite soon, then obviously, the cheapest one is better.

Don’t buy any 3gb ram phone go for 4gb or more for better experience for phone usage. My 3gb phone doesn’t perform well in low charge. And processor want to be top class.

Ram is not everything, processor is also important.

I’m using Redmi 7A, 2/16 GB. 21 apps running in task list, 1.4 GB ram still available. Zero drop in performance. Can you tell me what do I need to do to choke my phone and reduce its performance since you managed this with a 3gb one?

And User is most important.
If the user doesn’t know how to manage phone, even 6/128 gb could be less…

I use to think same but if camera in phone is good then 32gb is easily occupied by pics n videos. So 64GB is must considering cameras and amount of shit WhatsApp push in everyday which need to be cleaned weekly else storage shortages can easily be faced.
