First Pay in multiple of 1000.
I have succesfully myself paid Rs 50000 bill last month.
But it takes 24-48 hrs to update in credit card statement

I’ve Paid an amount of 90k in a single shot for my HDFC, for HDFC it’s mostly instantaneous..

Its safe, I have paid 240K also in 8-9 parts. Paying 1k every time is tedious and you will give up after few times.
No limits from CRED. But each Debit card has daily limit like SBI has 50K per day etc limit varies DC2DC
Pay at least 4-5 working days in advance.
Pay during Bank hours only – else sometimes payment get credited after 1 day gap.
Refund is instant in most cases. Register bank for refunds

thanks all.. i wrote to cred and they mentioned that they dont have any limits. Bank may apply limits. I will try to make payments in installments few days before the bill due date.
