Need suggestion for a smartphone under 20k.. need to gift to my sister on her bday.

If you can up your budget a little than you can look at LG nexus 5×. It have best camera in that budget (specially low light shots) & also being a nexus device have its own perks.
My second suggestions will be Lenovo VIBE X3 though it have 21mp camera but it’s mediocre at best.

6 month back, my friend got Citi cashback with Amazon gc. You can confirm with customer care if you have any doubt.

Since she would be shifting from iPhone, there is no legacy issues. So you can go for an Windows phone also.
