seems gud have all machines in one ..
i dont have much money so bought a home gym set from ebay .
@blackmail If u r dedicated u can gain muscles at home . Follow youtube nutrinionalists like Guru Maan , and maintain a diet chart and exercise routine .
Joined Gym last year , but the Trainer did not cared about members , he talked to us only on 31st of the month
so we left gym . He ate 10-12 boiled eggs at sharp 7 am in the morning but did not told us diet . When me and my friend asked for diet , he always replied "come on whatsapp i will tell u " , but never told .
So never had plan of joining gym again . Gym se vishwas uth gya mera toh ab .
brother you didn’t recognize me I guess
yes you are right ; it is possible to build a good physique working out at home if and only if you are motivated enough
most of us tendto be motivated towards the beginning but lose the motivation with time and thus opting out for a dedicated gym membership might workout better for the common joe
and I don’tlike any of the Indian fitness youtubers especially gurumann ; tarun gill was good but seems to have gone haywire now
and with limited weights trying to progressive overload would get difficult as their is a limit tothe extent you can use the rep range , tempo , overall time under tension to increase the overall through put
and I don’t think you need a trainer for anything more than occasional spot while you are on the bench ; there is a plethora of information about diet and workout present on the internet and I doubt any Indian trainer usually knows it to that extent
I dont have so much time to go to gym
thats why I am purchsing one
and yes I am working out in home from last 6-8 month
so needed this
also the membership cost is on the higher side
You don’t need that machine.

That’s all the free weight you need now.

Equipment for cardio
1. IF your budget is good then go for a good treadmill
2. If you can run outside then go for a cross trainer(if you like)
3. Cycling, swimming etc will do the job too
IMO, exercise is only 35% rest 65% is diet, so spend the rest on the diet.
thank you
I actually have both the pull up bar as well as that set of equipment’s
I dont like cardio
I am on proper diet but want to build my body well
thats why need the machine
Check out the offering from Aerofit too. I personally liked it better and was getting a better deal too.
I got a final quote of 17k at a store in Hyderabad for this http://www.aerofit.co/product-details.php?...99
If you are serious about building your body and you are new to this, I recommend hiring a good trainer even though it’s expensive. You can hurt your backbone/other parts and do serious damage to yourself in no time if workouts are not done well.
For basic workout to just stay fit I do use equipment similar to home gym, then some workouts with dumbbells and an abs bench for abs workout ensuring core fitness. All of these can be maintained at home at an affordable price so do check out workout regimes using these.
exactly just like you I want to workout at home
actually I have some knowledge on how to do exercises as I have attended gym for 6-9 months in past years
home gyms are bullshit imo viplov bro
better buy a membership of a decent gym and workout
