Need suggestion regarding Teflon coating on bike

Those Rs.400 ones are just wax not the teflon coating. 3M does good teflon coating and I am not sure how much they charge for bikes now. Also the showroom people will charge you extra for bike wash as it is not covered under the price and without wash they cant do the wax coating.

bhai teflon coating is just a eye wash no such thing exist …if u are ready to spend money i can give you contact details of professional detailers that do ceramic( a layer of glass sio2 ) on your bike that will last for a year. even 3m coating comes off after 3-4 washes

from where I can get 3M teflon ?

just one more thing TEFLON is a trademark registered with dupont so there is nothing like 3m teflon coating

Teflon, wax or whatever coating is quite useful especially in rainy seasons. I often used to find that my bike accumulated small black dots when I go out in rains and it’s a pain to wash that off. But whenever I used wax on my bike the spots were far less and easy to wash off too.

I guess those tiny black spots were from the tar on road.

i also few doubts reg Teflon coat for my car, any experts here? reg Cost,where, once in how many months? etc etc.,.,.,.,

first off all teflon coating is just a eyewash…teflon is registered with dupont and dupont does not make any automobile coating… normally people doing teflon are called teflon mafia. in the name of teflon they are simply polishing your vehicle and putting a layer of wax on it. they normally take 1000-2000 k. it will stay for 1 month or 4 washes. however if u really love your vehicle then go for ceramic coating that will last for 1.5-2 year flat or may be more if you wash your car with a good shampoo and wipe it with a soft microfiber. cost of ceramic coating is around 5-6 k
