Need suggestions for 4.1/5.1 speakers with optical input port

Hey fellow dimers,

I need suggestions for 4.1/5.1 speakers with optical input port. Would be glad to get your inputs. Will be using it in a room sized around 250 sqft so I just need something with great clarity and not too loud.

Max budget Rs. 20,000/- (cheaper the better).
