Need Urgent Help regarding a laptop purchased from Flipkart

Purchased an Acer laptop from Flipkart on 8th June on EMI , got delivered on 10th June , upon delivery i found that the screen of laptop is totally dead , so i applied for a return , after so much requests to flipkart a guy from acer service centre came and found that its defective so flipkart provided me a replacement on 22nd June .
2 days back i was using the laptop and all of a sudden it turned off , i checked all the buttons but its not responding , tried charging but its not working ..
So i contacted flipkart immediately and they replied that , your return period is over so we cant provide you refund , and you have to visit the service centre …
Now iam totally f**ed Up , why should i visit service centre for a brand new product ,, how can be flipkart so irresposible , i mean how can Flipkart provide such faulty products …
why should i repair my new laptop …
Need serious help on this .. if refund is possible its great .
EDIT – when i check warranty on acer site , it shows different warranty on both acer india and acer US

Please read return policy before placing order next time instead of calling anyone cheat.
As return period is already over, You need to contact service center and its the standard procedure.
No other option bro.. you have to visit acer service centre only.. since its already been 22 days from the replacement day. Electrical items will face these kind of issues as common nowadays.. ! Don’t worry it will be fixed soon.. take a bill copy printout and if possible register your laptop in acer website.
Strange no onsite warranty i guess acer comes with onsite warranty which u can even extended by 2years.

2 Defective laptops in a row. Dal me kuch kala he kunal bhaiyya Return period over now no option. Go to service centre. But before that register product on website for warranty.
