Need Urgent help regarding Chargeback: Payumoney is unsafe

Friends,

Last month on 15th Feb I placed an Order on Shopiwo.com for an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 15k using Payumoney gateway. However as per discussions in the thread I felt I did a mistake and immediately I raised a dispute on Payumoney for that transaction after 2 hours of my Order.

I’ve been following with Payumoney on almost a daily basis regarding refund of my Money, however today they told me they had transferred the money to seller on same day and Now they cant’ do anything.

Please help me getting my money back…

I paid using HDFC debit card…. can I file a chargeback now… ???

Pretty difficult to trust these new sites, better is to create multiple accounts and buy in 10% when Amazon provides. Sorry for interrupting.

Still they were advising not to do or rather they would not do it once again.. But it’s not your fault if I needed somethig badly even I would have done the same. And I don’t know anything about PayuMoney so I can’t help.

Any senior dimers have any idea on how to contact Cyber police for this issue…. I’m in bangalore and when approached a nearby police station they asked me to contact cyber police… unfortunately they didn’t tell how…
