guys just like oxigen lets create unlimited virtual cards of any denomination . is there any other app that allows same like oxigen?

Yes freecharge,
Steps:
1) Sign up
2) Create VCC and use it
3) Now open Twitter and DM this to FC
: "Sir, I’ve noticed My neighbour Ankul(uncle) Using multiple FC accounts, somehow i managed to get one of his id’s details: Xxxxxxxx@xxxx(dot)com(put your email id here)
Now Fc will delete this account
4) Now create a new account with same number and email and repeat “step 2 & 3”
