I have been cheated by Yatra people….I need some email ids where I can complain and can escalate the issue..Please help if someone have some information.

FB and twitter is the last option…if there is some senior person contact available then that would be great.

Or ping sallu bhai as he has a 5% stake in yatra.com
Yatra is a very good site but their cc sucks…. Totally inefficient and dumb peoples….
We have paid for room in yathra.com on 9 December and there asked more money to check-in on 31st December . We went to check @ 1pm and they not given room and said room is not available, come @ 7pm. Om hotel request we came back at 8pm. In that time they requested to pay more money to check-in in. Still whole day/ night we dint get room and stood at road side. We called Goa police @ 10pm and they came and alloted room for us. Room was totally worst them garbage. Very bad smell, toilet was worst them public toilet. They never given breakfast and single bottle water. Very badly behaved their staff and manager with us. For you and your family safety don't book any rooms here. You will defiantly suffer. I would like to say thank you GOA POLICE. We requested so many time to yathra to call back us, but they dint call back us. Still two days no response. They don't have phone support. In email we get only auto response. Very bad and worst yathra.com support. Still issue not resolved
