Hello Guys…needs some suggestions again..
i am using a Micromax canvas Nitro 2 handset. Its warrenty is just over by 1 month now.
I have always some issues with this phone. I made 5-6 visits to micromax care for differnet problems during warrenty period.
I have some network issue with this phone 2 and a half months ago. So i took it to micromax care. They said that they will send it to company because problem was not so easy. They took the mobile and gave it back to me 1 month ago from now.
The problem was solved and i was having great enjoy with my device. But that was only temprorary maintenance i think. From last 6-7 days ago….same problem occured again…i took it to care again but this time they said that the warrenty is over 1 month ago so they can’t do anything now.
I hope many dimers would have understood what i am asking about. please anyone tell what should i do…because i am preety sure that Micromax India is not going to listen in this case.
