New fraud from Mobikwik

PLaced order and paid through mobikwik on 1 st july .earned supercash of 50rs but partially cancelled order on website .Amount was refunded but supercash reversed were only 29 rest 21 kept as it is ..On 2nd july placed order ,this time supercash was used from the account and order partialy cancelled but full supercash were reversed w/e was used in order .It is like day light robery .When it is earned then rule is different and when it is spent then rule is different .Mobikwik other name should be “Fraud”
